The Digital Product Specialist – MarTech will serve as the central link between business objectives and the technical MarTech ecosystem. This role is responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into precise technical specifications, and advising on the optimal combination and configuration of platforms to deliver the most effective, measurable, and cost-efficient solutions. By leveraging expertise in Google Marketing Platform, Looker Studio, Marketing Automation Platforms, and other MarTech solutions, the specialist will drive OKR improvements, streamline workflows, and ensure value delivery across RBG. The role will also oversee vendor partnerships, contracting, and compliance to ensure high-quality delivery within regulatory frameworks, as well as support budget planning for MarTech initiatives.
- Business-to-Technology Translation – Accurately capture business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Platform Consultancy – Provide expert advice on the selection, integration, and configuration of MarTech tools to achieve efficiency, performance, and cost optimization.
- Project Leadership – Lead end-to-end MarTech projects, from discovery through implementation, testing, and handover.
- Vendor Steering & Contracting – Handle the complete vendor lifecycle, including RFP creation, assessment-based selection, contracting, onboarding, performance monitoring, and ensuring vendors meet compliance requirements.
- Ecosystem Integration – Ensure seamless data and workflow connections across platforms for optimal business/marketing performance measurement and automation.
- Compliance Alignment – Ensure all implementations and vendor engagements adhere to banking regulatory documentation requirements and internal compliance frameworks.
- Budget Planning Support – Assist in planning, forecasting, and tracking MarTech budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Capability Enablement – Act as a “MarTech multiplier” by enabling and training internal teams to effectively leverage platform capabilities.
- Performance Measurement – Define and track success metrics to ensure solutions deliver measurable business impact aligned with OKRs.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of MarTech platforms, especially Google Marketing Platform (GA, GTM, etc.), Looker Studio, and Marketing Automation Tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing data flows, analytics frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
- Awareness of data privacy, CPR, and best practices for compliant data handling.
- Understanding of banking regulatory documentation processes, including but not limited to RAR handling, outsourcing documentation, Third-Party Risk Management, Risk Control Self-Assessments and others.
- Knowledge of vendor lifecycle management and contracting processes, including RFP design, evaluation, onboarding, and compliance integration.
- Understanding of budget planning processes for marketing technology initiatives.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MarTech implementation, integration, and optimization.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end MarTech projects, from planning to execution.
- Demonstrated experience in handling, steering, and leading external vendors, including RFP management, vendor selection, contracting, onboarding, and compliance oversight.
- In-depth experience with banking regulatory documentation and compliance processes, including but not limited to RAR handling, outsourcing documentation, TPRM, and RCSAs.
- Experience supporting budget planning, forecasting, and tracking in marketing technology or technology/digital projects.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams across business, marketing, data, analytics, IT, procurement, ISG and other regulatory and compliance functions.
