Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Oversee maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services.
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs and budgets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in data center operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Hyperscale experience is a must.
