Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all company documents, records, and files systematically
- Ensure proper version control of documents and timely updates
- Handle the distribution, retrieval, and archiving of both electronic and paper documents
- Support internal teams by providing required documents quickly and accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain document control logs, registers, and filing systems
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or inspections
- Collaborate with project and admin teams to ensure seamless documentation flow
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with confidentiality and data protection practices
