Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company documents (digital & hard copies)
- Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of invoices, LPOs, and delivery notes
- Track and update records related to quotations, orders, and contracts
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for document flow
- Ensure compliance with company standards for document control
- Prepare and share timely reports and logs as required
- Support audits and internal reviews with required documents
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar document control or administrative role (UAE or native country)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, scanning/PDF tools, and file management
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Malayalam or Hindi preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
