Job Description:
We are seeking a Document Controller cum PRO with experience in business setup services in the UAE. The ideal candidate will handle company document control, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and manage all PRO-related activities including company formation, renewals, and government liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control company records in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, proper version control, and compliance with company policies.
- Handle new business setup processes across various jurisdictions (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- Liaise with government departments such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, and Free Zone authorities.
- Process applications for trade licenses, visas, labor cards, and Emirates IDs.
- Track renewals, cancellations, and company amendments in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for document preparation and submission.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of all company and client documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in document control and PRO work, preferably in business setup services.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business setup procedures and government portals (e.g., DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
