About the Role
Oureng Studio is seeking a Draftsman with 5–7 years of experience in healthcare project drafting. This position involves preparing accurate technical drawings and coordinating MEP layouts for hospital infrastructure across the Middle East, primarily Dubai and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed AutoCAD drafting for healthcare layouts, ensuring adherence to MEP coordination standards.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and planning documents specific to hospital design.
- Collaborate closely with MEP engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain drawing integrity.
- Uphold consistency with established healthcare layout and detailing standards.
- Support project execution by aligning with technical requirements throughout all phases.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5–7 years experience in drafting for healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, etc.).
- GCC project exposure is mandatory.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, with strong technical detailing skills.
- Solid understanding of MEP coordination in healthcare facility contexts.
- Ability to accurately interpret healthcare layout drawings and technical spec documents.
