Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and efficient Messenger to support our daily operations. In this role, you'll deliver messages, packages, and documents both within and outside our office premises. You’ll ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining clear records and upholding professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Cheque collection from clients
- Invoice submission to clients
- Pick and drop office staffs
- Submission of accounts related documents to clients
- Collection and documentation of Accounts and HR related documents.
- Assist accounts with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part.
- Cheque withdrawal and deposit as per the instruction of Accounts department.
- Perform other duties assigned by Maintenance and Project department.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license
- 1-2 years of experience
- Good communication skill - English, Hindi
Education Qualification:
Higher secondary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
