We are looking for a responsible and presentable Driver cum Office Helper to join our team in the Abu Dhabi Head Office. The role combines safe and timely driving with general office and operational support. The ideal candidate will be familiar with UAE roads, traffic rules and have a flexible attitude towards assisting with office tasks when not driving.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties
- Transport staff, documents, and goods to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness, fuelling, and routine upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Follow all UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and company safety procedures.
- Keep accurate trip and mileage records.
Office Helper Duties
- Deliver and collect documents, cheques, and packages from customers, suppliers, and government offices.
- Support basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing supplies.
- Maintain office cleanliness and assist with arranging events.
- Run errands as directed by management.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ driving experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
- Polite, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
- Physically fit and presentable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
