Job Description:
Greenlife Organic Farming is seeking a responsible and proactive individual to join our team as a Driver cum Site Supervisor. This dual-role position requires both excellent driving skills and strong site supervision capabilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our farming sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicles safely to transport staff, equipment, and materials to and from farm sites.
- Allocate daily tasks to field workers and supervise their activities to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
- Monitor site operations and report progress, issues, and improvements to management.
- Coordinate with staff and communicate with clients professionally when required.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with the company’s standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on all sites.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in driving and/or supervising agricultural or construction-related activities.
- Ability to allocate manpower effectively and manage work schedules.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and basic written preferred).
- Ability to interact with workers, clients, and supervisors in a professional manner.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site as needed.
- Basic knowledge of organic farming practices is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,250.00 per month
License/Certification:
- UAE driving license (Preferred)
