Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Cleaning Supervisor with UAE Driving License to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing transportation operations, ensuring the safety and punctuality of vehicle movements, and managing logistics efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Operations
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise post-construction cleaning activities at project sites.
Driving & Logistics
- Drive company vehicle to transport cleaning staff, equipment, and materials to and from project sites.
- Ensure safe loading, unloading, and proper handling of equipment and cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain company vehicle in good condition, conducting regular checks and reporting issues promptly.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company policies while driving.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily reports on cleaning progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
- Coordinate with project/site engineers, contractors, and clients to address site-related issues.
- Ensure all staff comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management for improving site efficiency and service quality.
- Lead and manage cleaning teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
- Inspect completed work to verify quality, safety, and compliance with client requirements.
- Allocate manpower, cleaning materials, and equipment based on project needs.
- Prepare and follow site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid UAE Driving License with a clean record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Driver or Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and local routes.
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection.
