About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, analytics, and conversion optimization also has Video editing skill for social media posts .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce website (e.g., product listings, UX, checkout process).
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics and GA4.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, operations, and customer service.
- Improve customer experience and implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment.
- Work with developers to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
- Analyze sales trends and customer data to inform growth strategies.
- Coordinate promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or similar. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc.
- Promotional Video editing skills .
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for user experience and conversion optimization.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience working with web developers.
- Experience with CRM and email automation platforms.
- Familiarity with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is a plus.
- Leadership or team management experience.
