Group Company – RAK National Markets; has a strong presence in the retail business sector in Ras Al Khaimah & at present 10 Hypermarkets operate in different locations across Ras Al Khaimah.
Position –E-Commerce Manager
Location – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Qualification– Bachelor's Degree

Experience – 5+years of related work experience
Other pre-requisites – Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role, Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies, demonstrated success in driving online sales and growing digital presence, UAE driving license
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive online sales growth across aggregator platforms such as Talabat, Noon, and Instashop.
· Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to boost visibility and conversions.
· Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations including order processing, inventory coordination, and last-mile delivery.
· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across platforms and apps.
· Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales, customer retention, and ROI.
· Lead the online sales strategy for 10 hypermarkets, with expansion plans to 15 stores in the coming months.
· Ensure smooth integration and operations through websites and mobile applications, leveraging prior e-commerce experience.
· Stay updated on market trends and platform algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
· Develop and maintain the E-Commerce app with products, prices and commercial activations.
· Monetize the digital space (banners, positioning and others) with the brands and vendors.
· Benchmark numbers of orders and develop and maintain the E-Commerce app with products, prices and commercial activations.
