Job Title: E-commerce Manager / Business Assistant (Full-Time, In-Office – Dubai)
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager / Business Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring strong experience in e-commerce platforms (especially Amazon, Noon, and similar), along with solid accounting and business support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms
- Handle product listings, pricing, inventory planning, order management, and return processes
- Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Support sourcing and purchasing, especially in FMCG and skincare categories
- Review and verify financial documents, purchase reports, sales invoices, and inventory balances
- Must have strong bookkeeping knowledge and experience to assist the accounting team and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare business reports, performance summaries, and assist with admin-related tasks
- Ensure operational continuity and be ready to support other departments when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing online stores (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
- Background in FMCG or skincare is highly preferred
- Good understanding of inventory flow, fulfillment, and marketplace policies
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience with bookkeeping (Zoho Books, Excel, etc.)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, E-commerce, Accounting, or related field
- Familiarity with UAE e-commerce regulations, VAT, and invoice standards
- Experience with multi-country operations (especially UAE and KSA)
Job Offer:
- Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 (starting)
