About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Reseller to manage and grow our online sales across platforms like Amazon, Noon, and Dubai Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order fulfillment, customer service, and optimizing sales performance. This role is perfect for someone with experience in third-party marketplace sales, a knack for e-commerce trends, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon, Noon, Dubai Store, and other platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and returns to maintain high seller ratings.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to boost sales and visibility.
- Analyze sales data, track competitors, and adjust strategies for maximum profitability.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an e-commerce reseller, marketplace seller, or Amazon FBA/FBM seller.
- Familiarity with Noon, Dubai Store, or similar MENA platforms (preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and marketplace algorithms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of logistics/supply chain is a plus.
