About the Role:
We are urgently looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Sales Executive with hands-on experience in managing online sales through platforms like Noon, Amazon, and social media. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Noon, Amazon, and similar e-commerce platforms
- Handle order processing, tracking, and customer communication
- Promote and sell products through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.)
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor sales performance and assist in developing growth strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales (Noon and Amazon experience required)
- Strong understanding of digital marketplaces and social media selling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
