We are seeking a skilled and experienced Edge Banding Machine Operator to join our woodworking or cabinet manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining edge banding machinery to apply edging to wood or wood-based panels with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate edge banding machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work orders to determine machine settings and material requirements.
- Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or issues and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure proper alignment, application, and adhesion of edge banding materials (e.g., PVC, ABS, wood veneer).
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and consistency, performing any necessary touch-ups or rework.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and ensure machinery is well-lubricated and functioning.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of machines.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with supervisors, CNC operators, and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
