Job Description:
We are currently hiring Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisors for oil and gas projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in supervising E&I activities in the oil and gas sector, with a proven ability to manage site execution in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate all E&I installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site.
· Ensure work is executed according to project specifications, IFC drawings, and quality standards.
· Liaise with project engineers, subcontractors, QA/QC, and safety teams to ensure smooth site operations.
· Review daily progress, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
· Conduct inspections and provide reports on site conditions and progress.
· Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with engineering and construction teams.
· Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and promote a safe working environment.
· Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
· 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
· Strong understanding of international electrical and instrumentation codes and standards (IEC, NEC, API, etc.).
· Familiar with hazardous area classification and ATEX/IECEx equipment.
· Proven ability to lead and manage site teams.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) systems and site HSE protocols.
Preferred:
· UAE work experience or project background in ADNOC / EPC projects.
· Valid UAE driving license (optional, based on site requirements).
· HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus.
