We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Draughtsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing electrical drawings and layouts for commercial, residential, and industrial projects, with solid knowledge of local regulations and authority submission procedures (e.g., ADDC, ADM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with electrical engineers, site teams, and other disciplines (mechanical, civil, architectural).
- Modify drawings based on engineer or client feedback.
- Assist with authority submissions and approvals (e.g., ADDC, ADM).
- Maintain organized records of project drawings and revisions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an Electrical Draughtsman.
- Experience in Abu Dhabi or UAE projects is highly preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
- Familiar with ADDC, ADM, and other local authority regulations and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
