Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects. You will work closely with other engineers and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for various projects, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation for electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure that electrical designs meet project requirements and are in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure that electrical systems are installed according to design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction and testing phases.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
