Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for electrical and mechanical systems (power, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.).
- Interpret engineering sketches, verbal instructions, and technical specifications into accurate shop drawings and layouts.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Update and revise drawings based on engineers’/consultants’ comments and site conditions.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for reference and approval.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other draftsmen to ensure timely submission of drawings.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings after project completion.
- Ensure accuracy, neatness, and clarity in all drafting work.
