We are seeking a skilled Elevator Electrical Troubleshooter Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining elevators and escalators. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to identify faults, perform corrective actions, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevator systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in elevators, escalators, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in elevator control systems and components.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed.
- Handle callbacks efficiently by investigating and resolving previously reported issues to prevent recurrence.
- Respond promptly to service callbacks, ensuring thorough follow-up to prevent future problems and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical problems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair, elevator troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in confined spaces.
- REQUIRES A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE. (preferred, but not mandatory)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
