Job Purpose:
To ensure fair, lawful, and respectful treatment of employees by managing workplace relations in line with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and international worker welfare standards. This role focuses on resolving employee concerns, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting employee health, safety, and well-being, especially in blue-collar or site-based workforces.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between management and employees to address complaints, conflicts, and grievances in accordance with Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021.
- Investigate misconduct, poor performance, or disciplinary issues and propose corrective actions that comply with UAE Labour Law, including proper notice, warnings, and termination procedures.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on conflict resolution, employee rights, contract conditions, and dispute handling.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all cases for legal and audit purposes.
- Support the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) requirements for dispute resolution.
- Conduct regular welfare audits, worker interviews, and satisfaction surveys.
