Job purpose:
As a key member of Paymob’s growth team, Enterprise Relationship Manager is responsible for forming strategic partnerships with large businesses and organizations. This role focuses on identifying, pitching, and closing high-value enterprise clients to expand Paymob’s footprint across key sectors including retail, tourism, F&B, healthcare, and services. By leveraging a consultative selling approach and a deep understanding of client needs, this position plays a vital role in accelerating revenue growth and establishing long-term business relationships.
What You’ll Bring In:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new enterprise clients aligned with the company’s strategic goals, leveraging a consultative approach to understand complex client needs.
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account expansion, focusing on customer-centric solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to proactively address client challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure a smooth transition to account management and customer success teams post-sales, maximizing client satisfaction and retention.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital transformation.
- Prior experience working with enterprise clients in sectors like tourism, hospitality, or retail is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate client pain points into tailored solutions.
