A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across administrative and strategic priorities
● Managing calendars, correspondence, travel, and meeting logistics with accuracy and confidentiality
● Preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications to support key business decisions
● Coordinating with department heads and external partners to streamline information flow and follow-ups on behalf of the General Manager
● Handling confidential documents, guest feedback, and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
● Organizing executive meetings, hotel visits, and key events to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business objectives
● Representing the Executive Office with a high level of service and attention to detail in all interactions
What We need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an executive support or similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
- Professional demeanor and a positive, service-oriented attitude
