Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team. This role is ideal for a motivated UAE National who is looking to grow professionally within a structured and supportive environment. As an Executive Coordinator, you will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring efficient coordination of executive schedules, meetings, communications, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize executive schedules, meetings, and travel
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Draft emails, memos, and other communications
- Help plan and coordinate meetings, events, and projects
- Collect and organize data to support decision-making
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of executives
- Track tasks and ensure follow-up across departments
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
