We are seeking a talented and experienced Group Pastry Chef to oversee pastry operations across our portfolio of outlets. This role requires strong leadership, innovation, and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing recipes, managing pastry teams, and ensuring consistent quality and creativity in all dessert and bakery offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate pastry operations across multiple locations.
- Develop standardized recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Innovate and introduce seasonal or signature dessert menus.
- Train, mentor, and manage pastry chefs and teams across outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and quality checks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of pastry experience.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on quality and innovation.
- Culinary degree or certification in pastry is preferred.
- Ability to travel between outlets as needed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
