Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the full EYFS curriculum through engaging, play-centred activities.
- Observe, assess and document each child’s progress; share regular updates with parents and specialists.
- Differentiate instruction to support children with additional needs.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating classroom that meets health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists and administrators.
- Contribute to school events, parent workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven EYFS experience in an international or UAE setting.
- KHDA approval (or eligibility to obtain it).
- Own UAE residency visa (sponsored by spouse, parent, or freelance).
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional Arabic or French is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational and classroom-management skills.
