Key Responsibilities:
- Design personalized travel itineraries tailored to clients’ needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, flights, accommodations, and experiences.
- Manage bookings for tours, and other travel services efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, deals, and industry updates.
- Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in travel consulting or a related role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to top-notch service.
- Organized: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with popular travel destinations, especially within the Dubai.
