We are looking for an Export Sales/International Sales expert with good experience in Fragrance or Cosmetics Industry.
Job Role:
- Aid in the development of the short and long-term plans for the business and deliver the business objectives of profit growth, market share growth for existing markets, coverage of new markets, sustaining share through new product introduction
- Build and promote long lasting customer relationships by partner with them as well as understand the needs their needs.
- Develop & Implement the Sales & Business Development strategies.
- Develop strong business relationships with all existed and potential distributors and traders
- Oversee the day to day the business operations with hands on P&L.
- Achieving growth by driving sales and hit targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Actively Track competition activity in the region.
- Identifying new business opportunities within the new geographic territories and market channels.
- Ability to develop strong business relationships with all existed and potential distributors and traders
- Explore opportunities to develop sales within assign territory
- Monitoring the prices in the assigned territories and suggest actions to maximize sales.
- Ensuring relevant export documentation is completed on time, product and packaging meets local requirements and that shipments take place as per customer requested volumes and timings
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Export Sales / Distributor Acquisition: 5 years (Required)
- Sales in Middle Eastern market: 5 years (Required)
- Fragrance / Cosmetics sales: 5 years (Required)
