Facepass Application Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 06 Months
We are looking for a Facepass Application Manager with 6+ years of experience and with Linux, JBoss, MySQL server skills to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities
1. Provide Facepass functional support in the functional domain
2. Review Facepass quarterly functional updates understand, map to the business needs, test/validate cross-functional and deployment them upon business confirmation
3. Support and manage all integrations (Functional domain) with third-party applications
4. Conduct training and update the documents
5. Gather business requirements through business process workshops/meetings
6. Part of Analysis, design, configuration and development of solutions
7. Conduct User Acceptance Testing, and go-live Checks
8. Part of Go-Live preparation and cut-over strategy and support
9. Work with Helpdesk to investigate and resolve service requests
10. Embrace and adhere to support service level agreements agreed with the end-user community
11. Work collaboratively with project team(s) and end-users to develop, test, and implement Facepass solutions.
12. Technical skills required: Linux, JBoss, MySQL server
