We are a Facilities Management company based in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for Facilities coordinator with 2 years of experience in the same relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email correspondence.
- Good communication skills.
- Preparing technical and monthly reports.
- Coordinates and follow up.
- Helpful communication focuses on conveying information clearly, concisely, and in a way that is easy for the recipient to understand and act upon.
- Determine the client's preferred communication methods (email, phone, project management tools). Respect their preference for efficiency.
- Coordinate with side team.
- Tracking all approvals work order and ensuring completed on time.
- Preparing Quotations.
- Follow up for approvals.
- Preparing technical weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and work completions.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and happiness & be Responsive and Helpful.
- Collecting feedback from clients.
- Any other task signed by the management.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Minimum requirement for entry-level positions.
Skills:
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client inquiries and complaints effectively.
