- Basic experience operating grinding machines and wood cutting machine in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Familiarity with selecting and using the proper tooling.
- Willingness to assist machine operators and technicians with setup, maintenance, and production tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and position materials as needed.
- Prior experience in a metalworking or fabrication setting is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work both inside and outside the factory as required.
