Massimo’s Italian Restaurant is a well-known and authentic Italian dining destination in Dubai. We are committed to excellence in both hospitality and operations, and we are currently seeking an experienced Cost Controller with a finance or accounting background to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and control all costs related to restaurant operations.
- Monitor daily food and beverage costs and conduct variance analysis.
- Implement effective cost control systems, procedures, and reporting.
- Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Perform recipe cost calculations and update cost sheets regularly.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in cost control within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Strong background in cost management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Prior experience in a well-known restaurant or hospitality group (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent Excel and financial software skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
