Job Description
We are hiring an elegant and experienced Hostess to be the face of our luxury private lounge and nightclub in Dubai. This is a high-profile role requiring poise, charm, and the ability to provide a personalized VIP experience. The ideal candidate is a female Russian or European speaker, currently residing in the UAE, with solid experience in Dubai's luxury nightlife or stand-alone fine dining scene.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome high-end guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism
- Manage all guest bookings and table allocations through the SevenRooms system
- Coordinate and prioritize VIP arrivals, ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintain the entrance ambiance and flow in accordance with the brand’s luxury standards
- Act as a key point of contact for elite clientele and regular guests
- Communicate effectively with the floor team, security, and management
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests discreetly and efficiently
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction at all times
Requirements
- Female candidate only, fluent in Russian or a European language
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a hostess in a luxury stand-alone restaurant, lounge, or nightclub in Dubai
- Proficient in using SevenRooms
- Outstanding personal grooming and a polished, presentable appearance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Confident, outgoing, and composed in high-energy nightlife settings
- Must be able to join by July 1, 2025

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
