We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and experienced Female Assistant Manager to join our team in Dubai, Oasis Mall. In this key role, you will oversee daily salon operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support our talented staff in providing top-notch beauty and wellness services.

- Oversee daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and motivate a team of stylists and support staff to ensure high performance.
- Manage and organize staff schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and manage retail sales.
- Monitor and replenish salon inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
- Train and develop new team members to meet salon standards.
- Assist in implementing promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with salon policies, procedures, health and safety regulations.
- Support the Salon Manager with administrative tasks, including employee records and performance evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Proven experience in a salon environment (3+ years), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon management software.
- Passion for the beauty industry with knowledge of the latest trends and products.
- Experience in customer relations and managing salon operations.
- Knowledge of beauty treatments, services, and products is a plus.
