Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and grow our ambulance services across the UAE, and GCC, markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or aviation sales, strong B2B relationship-building skills, and a sound understanding of emergency medical logistics.**
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals, insurance companies, embassies, corporate clients, and assistance/medevac companies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for both domestic and international patient transfers.
Achieve revenue targets by generating leads and converting high-value contracts.
Promote memberships, packages, and long-term service agreements with key stakeholders.
Promote ambulance and emergency medical services to hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and government bodies.
Marketing:
Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels tailored to the healthcare and aviation sectors.
Manage branding and content for the company's website, social media platforms, and advertising material.
Organize and participate in industry trade shows, health and safety expos, and international healthcare conferences.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Coordination & Support:
Work closely with operations, dispatch, and medical coordination teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and after-sales support.
Maintain a CRM system to manage leads, client follow-ups, and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or Aviation-related fields.
5 years of experience in healthcare, aviation, or medical transport sales & marketing.
Understanding of medical evacuation protocols, ambulance logistics, and healthcare insurance is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
