Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a motivated and experienced Female Sales Executive to drive project sales within the construction, interior fit-out, and architectural products sector. Based in Al Quoz, Dubai, this is a client-facing role requiring strong business development abilities, relationship management, and an understanding of the UAE project sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong communication and negotiation skills. A UAE driving license is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and consultative meetings tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including RFQs, tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM system for accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal estimation, technical, and design teams to create tailored project proposals.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Represent the company at site meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of UAE experience in project-based sales in the construction, fit-out, or architectural products sector.
- UAE driving license preferred for client and site visit mobility.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent client management and business development acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
