About the Role:
Al Marwan Group is looking for a professional and organized Female Secretary fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage office tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and various departments
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Prepare and organize official documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain efficient filing and documentation systems
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and support as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional demeanor with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
