Key Responsibilities:
- Actively approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Present and promote company products/services to existing and new clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to earn commissions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
- Report daily sales performance to the Sales Manager.
- Stay informed about product features, market trends, and competitors.
- Participate in promotional events or marketing campaigns when required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in field sales or a similar role preferred.

- Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
