We are seeking an experienced Field Specialist III – Liner Hanger to join our operations team. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to perform job planning, equipment preparation, mobilization, and execution of liner hanger services at the well site. You will act as the key interface with our clients, ensuring service quality and operational excellence.
- Perform liner hanger job execution, including preparation, installation, and maintenance of tools and equipment at the well site.
- Lead and mentor field crews, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and operational procedures.
- Conduct job planning, perform engineering checks, and prepare all necessary job documentation for client invoicing.
- Maintain and operate tools and equipment safely and in optimal working condition.
- Act as the primary client contact at the well site, delivering superior service quality and building strong customer relationships.
- Participate in failure investigations and support root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate governance, HSE, and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 5 years’ experience with Liner Hanger and Cementing
- Any Graduation
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and/or electricity.
- Proficient in mathematics, physics, and computer fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
- Physically fit to perform wellsite tasks
Preferred:
- Technical Certificate from an accredited technical school.
