We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations
- Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business development
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Interpret financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Lead and mentor finance team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in financial management roles
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and financial management principles
- Strong cost management skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial reports
- Experience in business development and strategic planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development

Pay: AED300,000.00 - AED450,000.00 per year
