Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the financial operations of all group companies, ensuring consistency in financial processes and reporting
- Prepare and consolidate group-level financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports
- Monitor group cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and tax requirements across all jurisdictions where the group operates
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management processes
- Analyze financial performance of individual entities and recommend areas for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Support M&A activity, due diligence, and investment planning for new ventures or expansions
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
- Implement and enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting structures
- Lead and mentor the finance teams across the group’s subsidiaries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA in Finance preferred)
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a group-level finance role
- Experience in managing multi-entity financial operations and consolidations
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax regulations, and compliance practices
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse group structure
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
