Provide timely and accurate financial reports and insights to senior management, along with
strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
- Maintain and safeguard the financial health of the organization and its divisions.
- Analyze financial data including costs, pricing, variable contributions, and sales results,
- benchmarking performance against business plans.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and increased financial efficiency.
- Lead and oversee the operations of the finance department, including setting goals, KPIs, and developing the team structure to achieve them.company finances and financial practices.future paths to be taken .
- Manage the end-to-end budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure proper monitoring and compliance

Qualifications & Experience:
- NetSuite is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA
- Professional accounting certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3
- Strong understanding of financial statistics, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems like Oracle
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
