Position : Finishes Inspector

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a related field. Finishing experience is a must.
- Proven experience as a Finishing Inspector on residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of Finishing materials, methods, and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with DUBAI construction regulations and experience working on projects within the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in inspection documentation.
· A background in an engineering consultancy office in Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Compliance: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that Finishing activities adhere to project specifications, approved drawings, and relevant codes and standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor and assess the quality of workmanship, materials, and Finishing methods to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records, including daily reports, photos, and any deviations from project specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve any issues related to construction quality and compliance.
- Consultancy Experience: Apply your consultancy background to provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing construction processes.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on construction progress, highlighting any deviations or potential risks to project timelines.
