Fit-Out Foreman
MSH Contracting LLC is a growing fit-out and interior design company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fit-Out Foreman to join our team and lead on-site execution with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage fit-out site activities from start to finish
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Interpret drawings, plans, and schedules to ensure proper execution
- Monitor workforce, equipment, and materials for smooth workflow
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and time standards
- Prepare daily site progress reports and communicate updates to management
- Solve on-site technical problems and proactively prevent delays
- Manage and discipline the workforce to maintain productivity
- Ensure inspections, snagging, and handovers are completed as per client requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience as a Fit-Out Foreman or similar supervisory role
- Proven experience in joinery, gypsum, ceiling, partition, painting, and MEP coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQ
- Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills
- Knowledge of Dubai municipality/Trakhees/DDA/DCD regulations is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license
- Can join immediately
