We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Planner with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Experience in restaurant projects, commercial fit-outs, and high-end villa interiors is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to track progress.
- Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery programs as needed.
- Monitor and report project timelines, milestones, and progress.
- Identify risks and delays early and propose mitigation measures.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate planning efforts with on-site teams.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and update management regularly.
- Coordinate with procurement and design teams to align timelines with deliveries and drawings.
- Ensure project timelines are adhered to while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE fit-out industry.
- Proven experience in planning restaurant, commercial, and villa fit-out projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out methodologies, project lifecycle, and local authority requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
Preferred Candidates:
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
- Previous experience with well-known fit-out contractors is an advantage.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
