Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fit-out Project Coordinator with expertise in home cinema installations and acoustic solutions. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing site execution, and ensuring that all fit-out works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee fit-out projects, specifically home cinema setups, acoustic treatments, and related works.
- Work closely with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors related to home cinema and acoustic installations.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
- Resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation, including drawings, BOQ, and project handover files.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out project coordination, preferably with exposure to home cinema and acoustic solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, soundproofing, acoustic panels, and interior fit-out works.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and client handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury residential or commercial cinema room projects.
- Knowledge of smart home integration systems.
- UAE/GCC market experience with valid driving license (advantage).
