About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Fleet Coordinator Supervisor (POC) to oversee and manage our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will act as the Point of Contact (POC) for drivers, riders clients, and management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance of the fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring.
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for drivers, customers, and management.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
- Track fleet performance and provide reports on utilization, costs, and efficiency.
- Handle incident reports, driver concerns, and operational issues promptly.
- Train, guide, and support drivers and coordinators for improved performance.
- Collaborate with management to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in fleet management, coordination, or supervision.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of fleet tracking systems and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory/coordination experience.
