We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team at DET Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations within Dubai Economy systems. This role requires leadership skills to oversee staff, ensure tasks are executed efficiently, and maintain high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations at DET Center
- Ensure staff understand and perform their duties effectively
- Guide, train, and motivate team members
- Maintain compliance with DET regulations
- Handle staff-related issues and performance management
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and internal departments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Supervisor in DET Center
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Economy systems
- Ability to commute reliably or relocate to Dubai
- Leadership skills with a strong personality
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic will be an advantage
- Must be willing to work full-time
