Responsibilities:
- Create custom bouquets, arrangements, and flower decorations
- Assist customers with floral selections and special requests
- Care for fresh flowers and maintain display quality
- Manage floral inventory and supplies
- Support daily shop operations

Requirements:
- Experience as a florist or floral designer (1 year preferred)
- Creative and artistic flair with attention to detail
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of different flower types and seasonal blooms
